Preserving the meta data associated with an asset is as important as you might think. For each property, knowing what the entire scope of histories abound, is a critical process. Meta data can be bound to a vast range of possibilities; it is knowing what exactly is being recorded, and for what purpose, that meta data becomes important. Without this type of organisation, assets may not hold the same value, although with the right direction, their importance can scale.
Most meta data takes up little to no space; the containerisation diagram that each asset holds, is where the meta data resides, and the function remains. With the right design, and continuity, areas of intellectual property can be easily accessed for monetisation and deliverance.
